TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Subzero Repair Care Service. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before booking or using any of our appliance repair services. Updated 6/20/2025


1. Definitions

Company, we, us, or our refers to Subzero Repair Care Service.


Client, customer, you, or your refers to the individual or entity using our services.


Services refers to diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for residential appliances.


Appliance refers to refrigeration units, freezers, ice makers, wine coolers, and any other Sub-Zero brand or similar high-end appliance brands serviced by us.


2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:


You are at least 18 years of age.


You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.


The service location is within our designated service area.


3. Booking and Appointments

All service appointments must be scheduled via our website, phone, or authorized agents.


You agree to provide accurate contact information, appliance details, and access instructions.


A diagnostic fee [$95] may apply and will be disclosed prior to scheduling.


Appointments are scheduled in 3 hour service windows and we aim to arrive within the selected window. Delays may occur due to traffic, emergencies, or prior appointments running over.


4. Service Charges and Payment

A full estimate will be provided prior to repair work being performed.


Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.


We accept major credit/debit cards, checks, or other payment methods as indicated on the website.


Returned checks or failed payments may incur additional fees.


5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment any time before the scheduled time without penalty.



6. Warranty and Liability

We offer a 30 day labor warranty and a 1 year warranty on parts for completed repairs.


The warranty covers only the specific parts and labor identified in the original service invoice.


The warranty becomes void if:


The appliance is moved, tampered with, or serviced by an unauthorized party.


Improper usage or maintenance caused the issue.


We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages resulting from the failure of any appliance, including spoiled food, lost business, or water damage.


7. Limitations of Service

We reserve the right to decline service for appliances deemed unrepairable or hazardous.


If parts are no longer available through authorized suppliers, repair may not be possible.


Some repairs may require multiple visits depending on part availability.


8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:


Provide a safe, clear, and sanitary workspace for our technicians.


Ensure that someone 18 or older is present during the service.


Disclose any known issues, prior repairs, or damage to the appliance.


Secure pets and ensure technician access to the appliance.


9. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.


10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and service information on this website are the property of Subzero Repair Care Service and may not be used without written permission.


11. Third-Party Services

We may use or recommend third-party suppliers or part vendors. We are not liable for delays or defects caused by third-party products or services.


12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, or government restrictions.


13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to the website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site and services after changes constitutes acceptance.
